Micromoulding is the process that enables to join permanently a certain raised design to a textile surface

This technique is totally different from microinjection. The main differences are the softness of the latex (PVC free plastic blend ) and the unlimited range of background fabrics. Furthermore we have set up an exclusive mix of latex and small particles of precious metals to create an amazing gold or silver effect on almost any background fabric.

Soft Metal Badge

The process to make these striking trimmings is very exclusive and complex. It is called “multi-phase” and is a proprietary process. These badges are as soft as plastic but their appearance is like metal. They are easy to sew, fully washable and don’t weigh down your garments. The Soft Metal Badgesa will embellish leisurewear jackets, sportswear and active wear.
